What is ClientCollab?

A minimal project experience, centered on the client.

Most project software is designed to manage the team. ClientCollab strips the client experience down to what matters: what was agreed to, what’s happening now, when input is needed, and what gets approved before work moves on.

1

Only what matters now

One clear milestone replaces the noise of an internal task board.

2

Input at the right moment

Requests and feedback stay focused on the work currently in progress.

3

Clear approval gates

The client signs off on each milestone before the next one begins.

The elephant in the room

Why would I need another project management app?

You don’t.

ClientCollab isn’t another system for your team to manage. Traditional project software was built around internal tasks, boards, sprints, and workflows. Clients were invited in later through limited portals—an afterthought in a system that was never designed for them.

“Clients were given a portal. We gave them a workspace.”

ClientCollab starts from the opposite direction: we built the client experience first. It stays minimal and focused, giving clients a comfortable place to follow progress, review work, leave feedback, approve milestones, and know what happens next.

Keep your internal workflow

Your team works its way.

Keep using monday.com, Asana, Jira, or whatever already works for you personally or internally with your team.

Give clients a better experience

Your client gets a workflow made for them.

ClientCollab becomes the clear, minimal relationship layer between your internal process and the people trusting you with their project.

Great projects aren’t only managed well. They earn trust along the way.

Why was it built?

Built inside an agency, not a brainstorm.

ClientCollab isn’t a startup searching for a problem. It’s an internal tool we already relied on—and decided to open to the public.

ClientCollab began as an internal tool for our software development agency, Created.Software ↗. The tools that worked for our team still forced clients to interpret internal boards, dig through message threads, or wait for someone to explain where things stood. We wanted clients to feel guided through the project, not dropped into the machinery behind it.

Where are we? What do you need from me? What am I approving? What happens next?

Those questions shaped ClientCollab, and every real project helped us improve it. After it supported millions of dollars in agency revenue, we realized the problem wasn’t unique to us—and the solution shouldn’t stay internal. We’re still making it better all the time, now with a much bigger group of clients and creators in mind.

  1. 1

    Built for our own clients

Created to solve a client-experience problem we faced ourselves.

  2. 2

    Improved through real projects

Shaped by actual client relationships, feedback, approvals, and deliveries.

  3. 3

    Now open to everyone

Because we believe there’s enough software work to go around. 😉

Who is it for?

Built for both sides of the project.

The people creating the work and the clients counting on it finally share the same clear view.

Pay for the client projects you create—not the number of people on your team or how long the work takes.

We believe that’s fair. A successful project can generate meaningful profit for a professional and meaningful value for a client. ClientCollab costs a small, predictable amount compared with the work—and trust—it supports.
